illiminate the easy jobs first mate. do a coolant flush to ' unblock ' the heater matrix ( if its blocked, you'll soon know when s**t comes out ) then move onto the other possibilities. it'll be something daft is suspect

dam it, if it was a corsa D i know the common fault with the heater as iv fixed this week. could be the exact same thing tho. heater resistor pack, they f**k up either down to water shorting them out or general life expectancy. common to either stop blowing or the heat isnt working...

its a big unit that we pulled out. has a solinoid type thing in the bottom, and that has a mesh filter thing attached to that. 2 connections on to. green outgoing fuel line and red return pipe. 3 wiring pins. we've tried using it wth a megan 1.5 dci fuel sedner unit ( look identical ) but...

we've took the fuel sender unit out and tested it, it trips out at 1/4 of a tank..... so that leads me to beleive the unit is faulty and not delivering enough ' low ' pressure to the high pressure pump. other thank that mick, power outage as in? some type of wire arking out onto the engine ?

you can make your engine do 130bhp at a push. intercooler ( custom aftermarket jobby ) full custom exhuast route + decat injectors from a 100 if you can get hold of them and the fuel pump ( bosch ) if possible

engine swap to a dci 100 engine (stronger internals , 26mm gugin pins on the pistons as appose to 25mm on the 65-80 dci's ) hybrid turbo setup, better manifold with straight through exhaust. uprated clutch will help ALLOT. as injectors go, you'll max out at 130 bhp down to the injector...

coolant leak from intercooler pipe!? dci 100 intercoolers are just air cooled with charge pipes running to and from it. inlet side and turbo side. if you mean its had a rad leak, i would say you still have air in the system, ie the coolant system hasnt been bled properly. thers a bleed...

LOL, all earths are checked and in good order. iv even added a massive chunky earth wire to the timming belt side of the engine. no difference at all

got two choices then. buy a renault rip off gasket, or get some silicone and fix it yourself. not a hard job tbh. its trying not to wreck the grab handles and sun visor clips as you pull them out , thats the hard bit

i know mines an electric sunroof, but my seal gasket failed under the plastic trim, had to unbolt the sunroof, take the crappy old gasket off with a scrapper and i sealed it again with black waterproof silicon bathroom sealant. not had a leak since. ( done months ago and we've had heavy rain on...

f**king hell, which muppet painted that? the laquer has been bolocked on to the point of it just about to run. way to much high pressure , and to many heavy coats whats it like to sand ? soft or like a rock ?

think any other car a paint myself, i will wet flat by hand to remove most orange peel. suppose its all down to how you paint the car aswell. high bar pressure gives orange peel from my experiance. and as you said gally, the finish is dictated by the level of ' solidness '

yup thats what i have. new paint - da'd the day after and compounded up. intentions was to make a mirror finish. the bonnet is the only panel i can still see them on. altho mine look more tightly packed then the ones in that photo above.
