lol, reminds me of when mine broke. had to super glue the handle loop and contact adv spray the dipstick in the spout. push it on leave it a few seconds and pray to feck that it pulls the stick out. hopefully he has fixed this now.

Get a 1m long cold air feed pipe, and remove thr old pipe. Put the new one on and relocate it. I have mine go from the air box , across behind the front top grill and then turned the end to the grill just above the fuel pump. Better cold air feed area there :)

cone filter wont do nothing on a dci mate. your better off ordering a aftermarket panel filter to go into the original air box. if you want, you could mod the exhaust system, ie de-catt and full straight through. it will make it more of a loud tractor noise tho. few bhp unlocked from that...

nope, more screws than that mate. 2 either end near the edge. and 2 in the middle. so 6 in total you have to remove. remember to place the wiring and washer jet pipe in the gap or your spoiler wont go back on nicely

i have to say, the little 1.0 lump is growing on me, after having a test drive in one this week ( focus titanium 125ps veriant ) goes a dam site better than my dCi to say the least. just a shame i dont like the appearance of most of the new ford range. i'd more than be happy to have an F150...

totally agree, im sure in the next few years, we will see the likes of new focus RS's to encorperate ( sp ) a 2.0 V6 made from / based on the tinny 1.0 engines. HOPEFULLY they will twin turbo the lump. TBH i very much doubt that car manufactures will develope non turbo'd engines in the future...

i would personally go for a dCi 80 or 100 tbh. dont get me wrong a 65 is a good dCi, just lacking that bit extra that the others have. i'll have a look on autotrader for some if your still looking for your mate Tunst ?

possibly the sensor for de-activating cruise control when the brake pedal is pushed down. most cars will have the loom there for cruise, but it wont have all the parts needed to work.

Right for all thoses asking questions on injectors. Yes you can change them but its a faf about as you have to put copper inserts into the head and then have them machined out to fit better injectors. One lad did this but he had to piggy back anmother ecu to make the injectors ru.. Dci 175...

Iv had every earthpoint in the engine bay off? Bottom one ( gearbox to chasis ) i changed for a chunky jumpstarter cable top one i took of and cleaned both contacting points with the bench wirebrush wheel unless theres another earth from uch to body?
