suppose you could get some metal pipe work made up and bent to clear stuff, and then the rest in samco hoses? would work out cheaper iirrcc.
problem is, as soon as you start messing with dci engines ( like i have ) they start to go slightly wrong lol
it better not flood again, we've just built my new brick ' shed' down the garden so i can rebuild engines and stuff , it will flood if it gets that bad ;(

common issue, i have put more rubber inside the plastic pipe to ' hold ' it better to the intercooler...
thinking of changing all the pipes to samco hoses soon.
thing is, it doesnt chuck much smoke out, and doesnt put out allot of power..... if it starts putting clouds of black s**t out again, it means new turbo time :(
irrc iv only got 50bhp of my 80 left anyway. after taking the remap off ( due to it caulsing problems )
yes mate, mine is a straight through, no back box no cat. i did originally empty my cat but it was abit raspy, so i had a decat pipe made up, sounds more agressive now. cost me no more than £50 to get a decat made and buy a length of 3 inch pipe.
that intercooler is similar to a dci 100...
