dont know about the dial needles. but for the dial surounds, get a stanly blade ( or knife ) and cut the melted plastic fro around the pegs, and leaver the rings off gentally. refitting them is easy, push it back in and a dab of super glue to hold them :)

dci 100's can be mapped to 130bhp. tonka's is at 120bhp or something close.
dci 80 like mine can be pushed to 110bhp
dci65 100bhp-110bhp depending on how healthy the engine is.

check all your coolant hoses are on and the jub clips are on nice and tight.
main one i know of to come off is the one central to the radiator. looks like a black hose, and if its coming off you'll see a threaded looking pipe with it.
just have a quick check its not coming from the water...

erm so far, plans are, get FCS out the way, then press on with the big dCi meet. realistically we cant have a meet before anyway as mostly all the dci's are getting FCS prep'd and mine has no engine in again...

not really tbh, i would clean the EGR valve out if you get one tho, makes a noticeable difference and less smoke out back. when cleaning it, if the carbon build up apears to have oil'y substances on it then keep an eye out, could be signs of turbo oil gasket failure ( very very rare to happen )...
yes you can oven bake the lights and seperate them, but its very time consumming and probably will work out more time effective just buy replacement ' black insert' headlamps

bit of banter never hurts anyone. yes i get the piss taken out of me for driving a dci instead of a 1.2 but that aside, each forum is different, cs.net and cliodci.net are two great forums!. the rest are a matter of opinion to how the act and pre image themselfs.
