Get some WD40 or similar round the plugs & engine block to pentrate the thread. Warm the engine up then do as above. Metal expands when it's hot & is less brittle. Go very easy or you'll be in deep Sh1t. (Copper slip threads on new plugs)

Done 1900 miles in mine now, it really has come alive. I do not believe the MPG figures to be honest with you they don't add up! I've not had anything over 28mpg out of it but i've been getting more to a tank than my old car that was doing 32 for the most part & they have the same size tank...

If you notice any running issues then i'd think in to it a bit more, otherwise I wouldn't worry IMO

Relitively normal on decatted vehicles. The popping you get is the igniting of the fuel you can vocally hear, before you decatted it the cat would have reduced this. Now you've decatted the system it is more free flowing. If you've noticed no adverse running issues then I wouldn't worry.

As long as you understand certain vehicle dynamics & have a feel for whats going on you should have no issues without ABS at all. My experience of Cups are just be careful with lying water & don't tail gate people on the motorways in these conditions because you could get caught out. Other...

As above sounds like you've got a poor example. Clio should feel like a rocket ship compared to a fiesta, I've driven a 172 cup before, the one I drove didn't sound anything like yours.
