Something fairly important is Documented major service (Belts and tensioners etc) see if the dealer has any receipt for the cam/aux belt change as it isn't cheap over here, let alone where you are !

The gearshift isn't one of the RS's strongest assets, however if you get the stiff shift gear from yanoo on here it improves the feel to no end.
