Leverage is always your friend with these, I normally stick a screwdriver in the grooves and rest against the calliper and pop an extension bar on a wrench.

I'd suggest you find the propper torque for those bolts mate, you really don't want that rattling off mid flight.

Such a shame with that colour, given some time it could be rescued though.

The missus had a one like this before with Itunes, deleted and recopied fine - Disc might need a wipe perhaps ? Could always try a lens cleaner
