Wow £200 for the belts alone is mega cheap, even for a cup. Looking at about £310 normally. You didn't get a chance to see if he used the locking tools while you observed ?
The rear disc's also generate little stopping power and as a result generate nion no heat, you are probably better off...

Use it to seal the connection from the cat to the middle section - I don't believe the manifold side will require...
It could either be the windscreen rubber or the cat/manifold joint.
When the car's on the go and you accelerate, the movement in the engine could be causing a connecting point to open up (Perhaps why it can't be heard when tested, as the car wouldn't have been in gear)

Cars get very tight after sitting some time, and parts (perticuarly rubber items) will degrade in that time. Massive waste just sat there but a bit of cash to renew some bits and it should loosen up.
I have to play every game to death and to be honest, I only ever trade a game in when I'm running out of space.
I remember when Need for speed underground first came out, I must have finished that game 100 times on a few different save files.
I've played and kept every Final Fantasy game...
For anybody getting a ticking noise but no start, that is likely the TDC sensor - had the exam same thing on my PH1 - loom was fubar. Few guides about on how to change them.
