Personally in mine, I just make sure I do the last mile or so gently and sit on idle for 20 secs before turning off. I think as long as you're not stupid you'll be fine.

Just emphasising that whilst Ktec do a bolt on price, most other specialists would take on the job but would need to price it individually.
I'd opt for the conti's or rainsports based on our weather. You will only exploit the benefit of 888s or ad08s a handful of times a year, but the rest of the year you will reap the rewards of the others.
For the record as well, almost all of the specialists on here will do customer engine work tailored to your personal spec if you don't want an off the shelf kit.
If you are seriously considering parting with the cash for someone to build it in entirety then I'd ask around.... A lot. :)
