The inside edges just aren't getting used so as the rubber is being pushed along the surface its staying on the inside edge. All that rubber used to be on the outside edge ;) Some of it will be pick up but not all. Tyre pressures should be about right.

Personally I wouldn't screw the studs into the spacer I'd screw them into the hub as its steel and less likely to come loose or pull the threads.
