Got a new MAcbook Air, running Parallels and have XP and windows 7 installed. XP is running Solidworks and a Powerful measurement program and both run perfectly fine. Windows 7 is running AutoCad but it runs very slowly and jerky. Any ideas on speeding 7 up?!

I think sometimes it needs the fault to actually be cleared via diagnostics to get rid of the light completely. Might be wrong though.

I sold my R26 to Steve at All Vehicles last year! Never even managed to speak to him on the phone as we were always busy, did it all via email, he paid me direct into my bank, then as soon as it had cleared he arranged his driver to collect it, he came up and drive it away job done. Very easy...

protection settings are enabled for C drive, but not for HP_RECOVERY, that a problem? should I create a new restore point?

Found that, they all say 'info' but then the first error is 'failed to set system restore point due to error 0x80070422' Then there are a lot of errors after that too..... I can copy and paste if needed? Also, in that folder there is another text file named Upgrade_dism - assuming that was me...

I did something similar on the site. Basically googled running XP on W7, then it scanned it and said I need to be 'Professional' to be able to run XP, so paid to upgrade etc, then had the above problems. This Laptop has been W7 from birth not previously updated.

where do i type that spoon, in 'run'?? I was following the steps on the website to upgrade, then now when it stops i just go to 'windows anytime upgrade' and it starts automatically but never finishes!
