Standard rear springs on h&r's are perfect for fast road use.

Aye, that system is meant to work but for some reason 172 cup's dont have any of the bits about the rear brakes on it.

I think my rears still have the abs rings, mark mentioned somthing about it last time it was in the workshop. Not checked on my fronts though, the brakes work well which suits me fine.

Iirc its makes a difference at top end of the rev range, but the 172 mani pulls better from low down. Or vice versa. Its not a clear cut winner.
