Trophy dampers are adjustable but pined in one setting by Renault, So you simply remove the pin and you can choose from 40 different settings.

A supersprint will be loud enough, twin chamber cats are actually pretty efficient so Id keep it over a sports cat.

You will only see about 2 bhp increase with a remap and decat. The main difference is noise, decat is a fair bit louder.

Revving it too much when cold will use oil, have u checked for leaks out the cam cover and over the back of the engine? Like I said an engine that is burning oil is essentially buggered. Hi Andy!

Check its running these plugs, a must on F4R engine. NGK PFR6e-10. Coilpack and Lamba next port of call after you have checked the plugs.

Was it level when you checked the oil. If its not leaking its burning it. Which is trouble. You say rev properly how far do u rev it?

They are certainly not crap, just the Sashs are so bloody good. Unpin them + whiteline and you will have a much better all round trophy then someone on H&Rs. Our dampers have won the Nurburgring 24 hours several times on Seat touring cars.

People also think coilovers will last for ever, they need refurbing/replacing just as often as standard stuff if not sooner. Mongs

The camber means you will loose out a little in slow speed stuff but the high speed corners are where everything counts and that is where it is much better. 10Minutes of Toe out also improves braking :)

10 minutes, -2.5 degrees camber. Handles great, tyre wear isnt too bad but not something you guys will be worry about.
