Clonking will be a bush or worn damper.
Brakes could just need new pads and disks and a bleed.
Auxbelt tensioner and pully are serviceable items. Its a 6 hours job which requires specialist tools.
Dephaser pully controls the VVT and we recommend you change it, they can start to rattle and make your car sound like a diesel. When they get really bad they can throw off the timing.
