When you say noisy how do you mean? Exhaust noise or engine noise (e.g lots of revs)

for a proper cambelt+aux belt change not including dephaser pully will be around 4/500£. Have a god read through this, http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?510521-cambelt-problems-(local-garages) Water pump is not driven of the cambelt and they rarely go, it is however worth changing...

Please take it to a specialist, £180+parts is too cheap and it wont be done properly. Loads on here about local garages not using the correct 3 timing tools, your average garage will screw it up I promise you. We see it every day!!!!!
