Aye, standard suspension is fun on track... But thats not what the op was asking.
He's said he's done trackdays, and wants better suspension, hence why ive recommended h&r's.
How would they be bent if its just gone into a ditch? Just looks like water damage to me. The small nicks not a problem. Anyone know how well they'd clean up from that state?
Id go for something like these...

So jap style, but smaller and euro looking
How about the btb cat backs that fmp is selling mate? These are lovely, and well built. I wouldnt trust anything like magnex/ blueflame/ k-tec/ milltek etc, as for every good one, seems to be a bad one that rattles/ doesnt fit.
Should be able to run the ride height a fair bit lower than that dude, its for pure track work yeah?
Remove the engine cover too, doesnt do anything ;)
Ds2500's are excellent, soooo good. Lots of dust, but comes off easy enough with car shampoo and a towelling flannel. Squeal in stop start traffic, but not all the time.
s77 ccp should be able to help, he has this kit fitted.
Sounds like you've got the rear spring assembly in the wrong order mate. If so, i wouldnt drive it until its sorted, something could pop out.
Why on earth would you respray a car from one shade of silver to another? Money and effort, for something no-one would notice.
Add the money you had for a respray, and get a liquid vee (or some recaro's for it, yum)
For the first few minutes mine runs very lumpy, but more to do with engine mods and decat i think. Seems fine after that, but is definately more burbley than other cars ive been in.
Should be a good system, go for it mate. Looks lovely too.
When they've fitted it, have a look, check its not going to knock against anything, and is sitting straight etc. Dont leave until its fitting 100%.
Does yoz still do these? I waited 5 weeks from order date, the parts still didnt turn up, and didnt get many updates. In the end gave up and got charlie at prospeed to build me one for a hundred quid less.
