Plastic on them things is pretty soft - try just some normal autoglym polish. It's worked for me in the past If not something harsher like plast-x

Some lovely shots there I've got the non-IS version of the 70-200mm f4L and I love it - it's absolutely pin sharp I'm upgrading to the f2.8 IS II this year :D

Re: A few new additions to Trophy 147/500 - RS2 Fitted I hate those things that mount the coilpack up high - got one with my ITB kit but because of the strut brace it wouldn't fit The kit that mounts them on the side is so much tidier but k-tec charge a fortune for them!

The 106/Saxo PAS pump is an electric one - fairly common on kit cars because you can mount them anywhere and they have a built in header tank - all they need is a 12v supply to run :)
