Inners are a PITA to fit on axle stands, took me hours and lots of swearing. You need a big lever bar it does look like they will not fit until the bolt is done up.

Get them done at a powdercoaters probably not much more expensive than doing them yourself and less hassle also get some new tyres that is starting to perish

As above just put a fit tree clip in, perhaps take the inner trim panel off and just see how much crap is in there as well

Thank you, The gauge was not too bad to fit hardest part is getting the plug into the car, it could be taken apart but I did not want to risk it so drilled a bigger hole :smile:
