Standard towing eye chopped so its just past the plastic grill then has a bolt welded onto the end, tow strap then secured onto that with a nyloc nut and washer.
Nice to meet you on saturday @massivewangers , glad you enjoyed your passenger ride. The videos havnt come out too great but may be able to adjust the light settings when I upload them properly. Have to say, they were some of the wettest conditions that I have ever driven quickly on.

When i were a lad, we only had one of those manual tyre changers.
They work all right in all fairness. Competition tyres with hard sidewalls were awkward though.
s**t. If I had known, I could have given you a ticket as I will probably have a spare (get 4 with the entry).
Havnt checked the weather yet but I am hoping to get from work a bit earlier to go down on friday evening and camp as its a good 3 hrs from here too.
Well I have entered so I am taking the Clio down to this. As I have been working flat out in work lately, I deserve a day out as I couldn't make it to CSF either.

Would love to get there with the rally car and wouldnt have a problem with giving passenger laps. Currently very busy with a major shutdown in work so will see if I can get something sorted.
Try and get to a different motorclub and see if anyone there would be interested.

For IOM my codriver had to pull out so the organisers put an Ad on their Facebook page and thats when Angus volunteered so I was very lucky there.
Depends what she charges really but i am almost tempted to look after this car.
The kia needs a body mopping too as that has some shocking hand marks etc on it.
Same for me. Ive had quite a few 205's and 2 of them were Steel Grey metallic. Both were very tidy and pretty much original/standard, a 1.6 and a 1.9. I sold them both on separate occasions (8 yrs apart) do do more rallying. Pretty sure they were both sold for about £1600 each. Same condition...
Selling the rally car but i dont rule out maybe doing a sprint or something in the 197. Its getting mapped in 2 weeks but it still wouldnt be as quick as the old 172.
