Looking good, I was under the impression the shell was just primed ready to paint! Is it alright to weld tabs to the cage bars like you have for mounting the dash, no issues with MSA etc??

I have just bought some calliper mounts for the standard disk size from Seiz over on clio rs concept & 197 Brembo's :cool:. Should know in a couple of weeks when Im home if they will fit under my speedline 2118's.

Pads are prone for going on fire when disks get too hot even with steel disks and sintered pads. My astra van had a partially seized caliper once and I went for a mad thrash and came home, my disk was glowing red from centre to outside, pads were on fire and cv joint boot had melted off ...
