If you want mate you can get single wiper arms from ebay, I think storm is the manufacturer and not too expensive. It comes with jets,pipework etc etc to fit. Top quality kit and gets rid of the horrid front wipers.

I like that everyone is thinking about the front geometry on clios just now. Just from pictures it looks like you may run into issues with driveshafts hitting the wishbones and the steering arms on your new wishbone mounts. How much did you raise mounts? There are nylon bushes for the rack...
