Would someone be kind enough to send me a copy of engine and chassis torque settings. I have most manuals but can't be as**d sifting through manuals just to get torque settings I'm looking for a settings table if the French frogs done such a thing. Most manufacturers do. Cheers Morgan

12" is the total height of the radiator so im thinking twin 10's to get coverage. Yeah when ever you can manage with the flywheel mate, sooner the better as it still needs machining!

Haha it is expensive against the polo rad that's sure but against o.e.m its reasonable, if its gets buckled, im going the polo route. What fan do you use, any good or bad to stay away from that you have used/experienced?

No worries, its a golf mk3 8v/16v rad from eBay. Comes in a direnza.co.uk box but it didn't bring up anything on google, I searched to see if you could get for cheaper. It was £174.99 delivered, quite reasonable I thought considering the price from renault.

OMP base frames and OMP steel low version side mounts are the lowest I have seen seats mounted without any fabrication. The seat base can sit as low as 20mm above standard seat rails with this setup, it would be solid mounted and you might have to drill a few holes in side mount to get best...

Re: Road/Track 172 Persistent I'll give you that. Cant see the belts being a problem myself either, lots of hype, piece of p**s compared to fitting a rotary diesel pump with a dial gauge and some black magic. Did you need the pulley tool, my Autodata says its for phase 1 only??

Not much to update today, got some tabs welded to cage to secure dash and finalised and fitted seat. Seats are so tight I spent all night pi**ing about, had to make an indent in the exhaust tunnel. Corbeau XL revenge's are not meant to be fitted in a clio, total nightmare. I had to...

A few more of today's work, trimmed and test fitted dash. Almost finished cage, no more fabrication, just some door 'x' gussets and seat rails to weld in then clean and prime everything.
