Should have got a renault tune point. Allows you to have an ipod and control it with the standard head unit

I totally agree Peperami. Sometimes aftermarket stereos look so naff. They don't fit properly or they don't match the dash etc

Ok guys, having some trouble with my stereo. Its a 2003 172. Started off by being a bit intermittant. The stereo would just not work, but by this I mean no sound comes out but everything else is as normal. So you turn it on and off and eventually it works again. Kept doing that for a while...

I've found the quality is ok, and they look like they're supposed to be there as opposed to aftermarket ones. I bought a lead for mine so I can use an I-pod and control it though the standard head unit and steering wheel controls.

It seems that heating don't work anymore though! Must be cos it can't tell what to do. Guess I will connect it back up in the winter

Have disconnected it today. Will it cause any problems?? I'm assuming thats how the climate contol knows the inside temp?

Does it matter if I just disconnect it? My air con dont work anyway as it ran out of gas.

I have a tunerlist................and its dodgy. Its the 3rd head unit thats been in my car. First it started being intermittant. The sound would disappear but the head unit would be working fine in every other way, just no sound. So if you turn it on and off a few times it sometimes works...

Watch out for paddock hill bend! It's a scary corner. Make sure you watch some youtube videos first. You don't want to enter too fast as you can't do much about it mid corner!

Here's mine on sportlines. Hardly looks like its lowered but then it never looks very low parked on the slope.

I have got some on mine but I have sportline springs. The wheels do seem to make me want the car lower so I wouldn't advise standard suspension with them! I'll get some pics up soonish

Oh dear! I was planning on using T1-rs on the track as they are only £33 a pop on 15's! Are they really that bad? Don't really want to pay £81 each for R888's. Any cheaper alternatives?

Ran out of rear tyres on the turinis. Going standard for a while. Question is, can I be bothered to add the centre caps?

Yeah I'd love to have it lower myself but I don't want it to be a bone shaker and I'd rather spend the money on a few trackdays instead :)
