Can any one explain why they like black and silver plates? Apart from the fact they are totally illegal they just look strange on a modern car. I like making cars individual etc but number plates should stay totally standard IMO as anything else just looks chavvy.

Simply because I cannot see the point. Over £100 for something that makes no difference at all to the car. I don't even notice when other people have splitters. I just don't get the obsession with them

Noooooooooooooooooooooo lol I will not be buying a splitter! Ok I'm convinced on the black bullets. That will be the final mod. Will be back with some proper photos at some point.

Here's what I did to my drivers seat! I'm 6'5 and now I fit with a nice amount of headroom :) The passenger seat is fitted normally and its slightly lower than standard. The drivers side subframe was modified somewhat

J, I now have a 2003 172 and its the same. I never leave th ei-pod in the car though so its not really a problem. And it must charge it cos it never runs out of power.
