To get the actuator to line up with the wastegate undo the 6/8 bolts that hold the compressor housing on, then once they are slack it should rotate fine.
The best way to identify the oil inlet/outlet is the return outlet will have the oil drain hole with 2 small bolt holes on either side...
Has anyone got any official renault camshaft locking tools that they want to either sell or would be willing to hire out to me?
I've spoken to all the renault dealerships local to me and no ones got them.
I could really do with them for this weekend as my cars booked in for a remap next...
Which manifold are you using?
There are two types of log manifolds available one with a central turbo location and one with an offset location. The problem with both is the space between the engine block and the bulk head.
Unless your willing to make/buy a custom tubular manifold to bring...
Oh well, as I've cut all the hoses of the fuel pump/sender unit I suppose I'm past the point of no return.
I'll see what Ktec say tomorrow and take it from there.

I've got a modified fuel rail with an adaptor which allows me to run a rising rate fuel pressure regulator (near the fuel rail) .
I've disasembled the fuel pump/sender unit and plumbed in the walbro pump bypassing the lower rated...
Mate everthings going well have done 4000 miles hassle free.
Had a run out with a few of the clio trophy boys a couple of weeks ago and they were pretty impressed at the performance difference.
It really is a blast to drive as nobody expects a little red clio to be so quick lol
