Bear in mind I have had about 6 172's now that if I topped the bottle up to max, it would vent some out until it was just above minimum, then stayed there lol - good old french.
So keep checking it, but i'd lay a bet it will settle to a level where it won't move again

Seems to be the case with a lot of cars, my s2000 has sold to a french guy and going to live out its days in sunny french land, plus a mate who specialises in selling lotus sells TONS of cars to frenchies
Don't do what I did - a few little tweaks ended up with a 12G295 cooper head, 1.5 roller tip rockers, 286 cam, 1.5 inch su, on and on!

You would need rod bolts as Dan says, and looking into getting rid of the standard lifters and going solid, plus better valves = £££££££ - plus I wouldn't want to have substained revs that high, anything could break - rods included.
Can you give us some more info into why you want it to rev...
I'd rather buy 2nd hand, only because they don't really wear much and it would save you a lot of money.
But yes, it does seem a good set up, though i don't like the sound of ready mapped ecu - obviously it is a base map but they make it sound like it's ready to go
