Standard inlet, I know the best settup is itb's but I cant remove the slam panel so I can only fit TDF's kit but at 2700 quid its mega money (never come up 2nd hand) and if I fitted cams would the extra 10bhp over cams make that much difference to my times?

I am not sure the lenghts of everything but is it not worth trying btb as if you are geeting rid of the ktec you could get them to shorten the pipe from the cat to 1st box ?
I run in the road class on a standard engine and cup box with a quaife diff, at some it circuits they have very tight low speed 2nd gear corners where I may be as low as 3k so having the power further up is no good as some of the quick cars on the more open circuits are slower as they don't get...
Chip, what cams would you recommend for a hillclimb/sprint car as you need good low down torque for the slow corners as most of the tracks we use are 2nd/3rd gear stuff?
All the info is in Jays old burpspeed thread and new thread for their race car.If you fit the saxo pump it will need to find a home somewhere as burpspeeds is located where the abs used to be.
I think my cat mybe partially blocked so was going to replace it and the manifold with a 182 I know it's a b**ch to do but I know the ph1 has larger ports on the exhaust so will the manifold be the same size ?
Looked at Btb cat mod but it's £175 plus a cat say £80 and ktec sell a new cat and...
Can this be changed without any special tools ? Apart from locking the flywheel to get the bolts undone and fitting new ones on reassembly?
Obviously I need to remove the gearbox.....
I have tried restoring my phone but when I check emails it shows as down loading one and nothing shows or says load more messages ?
If I get a new email it downloads it fine any ideas ?
Also noticed it has got progressively slower or crashes since going to os5

I found the vibration from the ktecs a pain on a daily driver but would definately have them on a track comp car.

I was going to retire and have sold most of my comp parts but I went to the Autosport...
Maybe, I've sold all my stuff but have been offered a few cars to share a drive in.
I cleaned it properly today and it's come up well so may just stick some 438's in or go to TDF.
Never say never .....
