Saying your lights are fine? Go to VOSA and ask then to check over your car. I guarantee that you will come away with a notice about your lights being unroadworthy.
It will turn over every time, but will take a long time to fire on some occasions. The speed it turns over is normal, which rules out the battery or the starter motor.
It's under warranty, as it's less that a year old, but don't fancy taking it in when it's only an intermittent fault.
I've got a mk3 Clio 1.2 that's on 7000miles. Occasionally it will take a while to start, sometimes it will start straight away. I've tested the battery with a Midtronics battery tester and the result came back as a good battery.
Any ideas what is causing this?
You drove the car away from the garage without checking for damage, therefore the garage is well within their rights to tell you where the door is. If you didn't mention the damage when collecting the car, how do the garage know that you're not just pulling a fast one because it got damaged...
Not keen on the way watching a TV series works on 11. For instance I've been watching season 5 of The Big Bang Theory but at the end of each episode, the selection screen will revert back to series 1.
What you need is obviously the air horn itself, an air tank if you want to use bigger horns, a compressor to build up the air pressure in the tank, air pipes running from the compressor to the air tank and the air tank to the horn, then you just need the electrical side of things.
I know this isn't the right way if doing it but you are stuck 20miles away from home at gone midnight but personally I'd drive it home on main beams and then deal with it when you can actually see what you are doing.
