I am budgeting £1500 for a gearbox rebuild and diff. But then I will be removing the box and refitting it.. No remap is required for a diff :/

It has more potential! Admittedly you will need to spend some more pennies :P Diff and forged internals - 300bhp is yours for the taking! (That's my plan)

Just a quick question: I am waiting on a set of R26 injectors - which mike has promised to send me. Are there any other options available? I am thinking of the injector failure that chip suffered on his turbo and I am fairly keen to avoid that!

It's not even close?! The choice between replacing a bulb (for a similar functioning one) and removing a spare wheel for nominal gains isn't a similar choice. Logically it makes no sense

If you have the catalytic converter in - it will be ruined by it. As will the silencers. And it's just chavvy IMO
