someone might have taken the spacers out of the seats, makes them sit about 10mm lower. but as people have said, the mounts are identical, and so is the shape of the seats so i cant see them being much different.

very very low! and if you want to fit merc wheels youll need hub adpters to convert the PCD!

as long as its from a model with power steering it should fit, all the mk2 columns are height adjustable!

hmm thats an ongoing debate about the safety of using them with standard seatbelts, not sure what i beleve in that department tbh

are you refering to harnesses?? you should recieve eyelets with the harnesses, in the back they screw in where the rear seatbelt clip went, and where lower end of the rear seatbelt bolted to the car in the front you can take the bolt out of the pretensioner to remove that a screw in an eyelet...
