was it much different than that of the R19 mount shown above?? based on this image of the 172 mounting system, the front mount is identical, and im 90% certain that the dogbone will also be identical, its just the front mount im slightly worried about.

The cup race cars and R19 run completely subframe mounted. as does my mate on his valver and it seems to work very well. picture above shows how it works, and i wanted to know if it would work on a mk2 subframe!
