Excited! Also ordered some new wheel nuts, but nobody wants to hear about those.
Not sure whether it'd be wise to order a new set of damper/wishbone bolts... I imagine the ones currently fitted are quite rotten!
HSD DT's Adz, 14-clicks on the dampers instead of 16, and ever so slightly softer springs. Plus they're a slightly different design, but they go just as low and will perform almost as well, AFAIK.
F**k it! it's only like running a smaller offset wheel... As long as they're hubcentric they...
You're not wrong;

£112 with a day left ffs!
Saw one go for just under £90 the other day, but it's still a rip-off. Especially since Skoda can do a...
£499.
Deposit of £245 (the maximum they let you pay) means 12 payments of £23.50ish. I want to pay as much as possible now, so that I'm not still paying out of my bottom in a years time!
You can put as little as £50 deposit on IIRC, but you end up paying quite a bit more in total, and something...
Really? Prefer the TSW's?
I got these because they're OEM wheels and they are hilariously light in comparison. Also, you can never really go wrong with a set of BBS's IMO - they're done to death, but they're quite a safe option.
You should see my spray booth - on my balcony, gassing the rest of the apartment out! I'd get in so much s**t if anyone saw me... you're not allowed to hang your washing over the side - what are they going to say about spraying wheels FFS!
I'm going to wait until tomorrow to speak to them about...
This. It's too far gone to just undo it.
Took a few more pictures of the wheel to try and get across the colour and finish - really really impressed with the Rays Racing Bronze! I think it looks stunning tbh.

Really nice to use, dries fairly quickly, but it absolutely f**king stinks! lol.
Seems to be a decent colour match though, just waiting for it to dry a wee bit more then going to add the lacquer. Not really sure it'll go with a red car, but f**k it! Bit more exciting than the Hammerite satin...
I think what's happened is the holes that the socket go into have sloped outwards as they've been damaged - so if you put any sort of pressure turning them (which you have to apply lots due to being over-tightened), the wrench naturally comes out towards you. Other than using a clamp which I...
Well, since I can't get the wheel off until the end of this week/however long nuts take to arrive, I thought I'd do something productive with the spare that I had.
Quick rub down, quick coat of primer, quick coat of Rays Racing Bronze. Awesome

I personally wouldn't be surprised if RockStar didn't make any announcements or release any info/footage until it's more or less ready for release - they don't really need to raise hype about it; all the GTA fanboys are doing that for them. Plus it's a new GTA game - it'll sell like hotcakes...
FLOL I'm already skint... But I can't not get them. And the sooner I do it, the less painful it'll be in the future. Get the most expensive thing out of the way - like Seb has done!
Also, if DW lets me do finance on them, it's only going to be £250, then £22 a month for decent coilovers. I think...
I don't really know what else to do. I'm not buying stuff if it might not work.. just going to buy 16x new open ended nuts - like it should have - and take it somewhere where they can get it out. CBA!
Whoever invented anti-theft bolts needs f**king shooting - they're all made out of cheese and never work properly.
I'm going to buy a set of new nuts and just destroy the f**ker.
It's got like a sleeve on the outside of the actual nut that just spins round - plus there's f**k all space inside the hole. I know what you mean, but the nut itself is just round - not nut shaped.. if you see what I mean? lol
Ah f**k. Wouldn't have mattered anyway - the "anti-theft" Wheel nut on that wheel is f**ked. So I've given up. Pissed off. Thanks for the offer though Scott!
I absolutely hated them!
15 inches is too much for me, and they weigh a ton in comparison! Only thing that's a bit s**t about the BBS's...
Here's some pictures anyway.
I can't quite believe how light the BBS's are! Literally weigh f**k all. I think with some smaller tyres and massive spacers, they'll look alright when it's lowered. After being refurbed, of course. Got two tins of Rays Racing Bronze (or a very close match) that were...
It's been done before I've owned the car, but they all do it. Same story with my 106 and Clio! The 306 wasn't actually that bad... going to go to Halfords in a minute and get a new one. Maybe see if they can crack the remaining nuts off too - I almost prolapsed getting the f**kers off!
I don't believe it. Just snapped a breaker bar trying to get the front wheel nuts off. Why do tyre fitting companies insist on over torquing them to f**k. Idiots. So now I've got 3 bbs's and 2 nuts holding the drivers side front wheel on. FFS.
