I had a similar thought a while back, mini is cheaper to insure but more expensive to buy. 182 has more standard kit and mini's with similar level of kit can be expensive. I've heard than the mini's have bad fuel economy and also the tax is around £50 P/a more than the 182.
The mini is far...
That car and those roads look very inviting.
Got skills with that camera.
How much petrol did you actually use? I'm guessing around 20 Gallons so around £90?
+1 I've been saving up for a 172 for a while now, When I got made redundant she was like I hope you get a job soon so you can still get your car etc
Its good that she's supportive however at my age its not like she should have any realy its not like we're planning to get married or a house or...
IMO from a distance black and silver ph2 172's look like 1.2's
I think its the wheels, they shouldn't of used the 15" version of the 172 wheels on non RS models because it makes the 172's look like 1.2's.
However Renault wouldn't care because they only did it after they stopped making 172's.
Good result that. For some reason people always say RS Tuning has the most accurate RR but maybe its becasue that gives the lowest readings and people are pessimists.
I wouldn't bother if your just going to get a 1.2/1.4 tbh because you've been there and done that already.
I'd go for an RS or move on tbh.
If your lucking at Corsa B Redtops why not go RS Clio?
They should stop because I want one in 6 months and don't want all the minters going to new owners who will keep them for ages and run them into the ground like I plan on doing.
True a couple of years ago I was in the car with my dad and a women in a clio dynamique was driving on a flat.
Half a mile down the road she's still driving and smoke is pouring off it as she is trying to go at the lights.
So we shouted her to pull over in the car wash by the lights we got...
A lot of people just don't understand cars and most haven't ever heard of a cambelt.
I'm sure most family cars will never have the belts changed, people just are not aware of it and then when they heard the cost just think fcuk that.
Good pics Riad, Haven't picked my camera up for a while now. I'll be at the next meet though, so will get back into it then, you'll have to give me some tips because your photo's keep getting better and better.
