most likely 5k kick, the vvt is around 1200rpm iirc just to sort out idle. It seems fine judging by other vids i've seen but you are definately short shifting, you've got around 10mph more in every gear tbh. you went 2nd to 3rd at 55ish and 3rd to 4th at 80ish. This should be around 63 and 90...

Eibach do springs for these you can have fitted at the dealer so keep warranty. Get it down to RS Tuning, they can get 120bhp out of these and lots of torque. Realy considered one myself a while back.
