I have only ever once advertised a car on eBay, it didn't sell on there but on Pistonheads instead. The Fees charged to me where about £20 i think.
Just in the middle of advertising the Wifes car on eBay now and its coming up at over £120 should the car sell, is this about right for a car...
Buy a blue 182, get the sach dampers and the Recaro seats and whack some Trophy decals on the side if you so wish, this way you will still be able to sell it and also not have spent a fortune to then never get it back
Your original idea is a VERY daft thought if you ask me
What would people say a 172 Cup is worth with over 80k on the clock thats been previously recorded as Cat C, seen one for sale and can't honestly ever see it selling for what its up for.
Cups with this sort of mileage tend to go for anywhere betweem £2500 - £3000 so a Cat D one would probably...

My neighbour is forever washing his car with a sponge that starts out on the wheels then all over, nice and patchy washing technique much like his chamois handy work.
Thing is he is about 60 and I ain't got the heart to tell him how to do it.
Last time he saw me out cleaning the wifes car he...
^^^ select a few products from there and clock their prices then have a look around to compare against other sites, done!!!
It's all there for you to find out for yourself
I disagree (i think, i am not 100% sure i am reading your post right), If you want to concentrate on a panel/section of the car at a time as you don't have the time to do it all in one go then carry on and do this mate.
Granted it would be alot easier in the long run to do it all in one sitting...
