Another thumbs up for Agency transmission services.
They rebuilt my gearbox, modded the cir-clip... dropped off Monday lunch time, collected wednesday morning!
They even full degreased / clean down the gearbox casing!
I never noticed a difference on fuel with my 172, made 188.4bhp on 95ron fuel ;)
But as said on boosted cars the fuel quality is more noticeable..
My r26 is mapped by RStuning... Vpower, Tesco 99ron etc. runs lovely
but on 95ron fuel you do notice a difference.. Lumpy idle and the car just...
More hardcore Clio's... are they on drugs?
Obviously climate control, FBW throttle, restrictive catalytic converters are deemed "hardcore" on Piston Heads?!?!? :S
I imagine they have been flooded with thousand of complaints for that article!

From what ive seen the 1*2's make better power with more miles / abuse...
My pretty much standard 172 (exhaust, decat, remap, matched inlet/plenum) was 187.4BHP / 168ftlb at RStuning when it covered 88,000 miles
LOL, just what I was going to say... common sense? ;)
Check the pads, if they look ok... then check the brake fluid level, you may be a little low in the reservoir?!
