ok so i have the challenge of fitting a new CV boot this weekend, i know you can get special CV boots that are split down the middle and you seal them up when they are on, was thinking if i could split the one i have , put it on and then, glue it??
or would that just be silly?

well mines currently sat at home with no MOT, failed on sat, needs new CV boot, hopefully should come today, and the rear number plate light has a dodgey connection which i shall be investigating at lunch, the xenon can stay exactly how it is and ill take it to a less anal garage
