Oh, I think that looks cracking!
Stretched tyres with any amount of arch gap looks a bit half arsed imo.
A lot of new cars come with a bit of stretch with tractor arch gap. It looks proper pikey.
But different strokes I suppose.
That looks brilliant. But I really don't think I like that colour up close, from the pics I've seen at least.
The metallic flake looks too spread out, almost like those pikey glittery pink resprayed you see on chavved up corsas. Is it just to do with bad/harsh lighting or something?
Fair enough, I just think it's such an unflattering colour. It really hides the shape of the wheel and makes under the arch look like a big dark void.
My track wheels are black because I've not got round to changing the colour, they'll do for what I use them for;
But this is infinitely...
182 wheels don't suit anything other than anthracite or silver imo
They're not the right shape for white, black is generally gash, and they're a bit too chunky for track slag neon colours
Supergold fluid and bed them in again. I bed mine in every now and then when they feel past their sell by date and it seems to breathe new life into them again. Must be something to do with depositing pad on the disc.
If that doesn't work, then I can only suggest fitting hc discs when you need...
That actually looks pretty good!
Just a heads up though, be careful with those spacers. Ideally the threaded holes to bolt your wheels to should have steel inserts in. At the moment there's nothing stopping the aluminium threads from stripping if they're over tightened enough times
Give the bumper a punch just above where the light is.
If that doesn't work, whip it out and push it back in. A lot of the time they just come loose. I've given up on mine
Aww.
What you've suggested tbh dan
I can't fault h&rs on cup suspension.
Ds2500s give just the right amount of braking on a fairly standard car. The OEM pads are beyond gash. Supergold fluid, ds2500s and OEM high carbon discs for great performance on the road
Updating the op as per post #4
Accelerating up a hill, almost to the redline. Car cuts out. Says select neutral.
When I try to start it it tries to start, turns over but won't Rev or start.
Took the crank sensor off tonight and it's destroyed. Pics to follow.
This ruined the day at oulton...
we suspect it's the fuel pump but,

All the fuses under the (extra) air intake look ok. Does anyone know what...
Ah! I know where you're on about but that'll be the reason I didn't spot you haha. As if you recognised the car haha.
Fair play coming all the way down here to climb Snowdon! Which side are you climbing? Llanberis or the other, steep side?
Hi and welcome!
The car looks like a cup packed 182, not a cup. Which isn't a bad thing tbh
Have a read here :)
