how hard is it to do? The route looks pretty simple, is it simlar to the clutch cable, i.e. theres a plastic bit that pushes into place in the bulkhead? I can only see the cable dissapear near the bulkhead and no sign of a hole that it goes through at first glance.

before anyone says it, i know take the badge off, but how do you fill the recess? Should i just use a fibreglass filler to fill it to almost level and P38 to get it smooth?
I was just wondering this as the front tyres on the wheels i just bought need replacing 215/40/16s, but they currently catch on full lock, so i was thinking if i went for 195/45/16 they might not catch any more, and its the correct profile for the wheel anyway. Plus i will want to go 195/45 all...

Ive got an RGM grille for my 16v, but had to redo the paint work, but i havnt got the stuff i used to bond it on with, any ideas? It was a paste but when dry is like rubber.
