I have an i5 with 5 HDD's and a 4870 running off a 500W PSU. It is fine until I try to overclock, then the system called a time out. I had no problem when it was only the three HDDs though.

This will be locked shortly, but there is no way to JB 3.1.3 on a 3GS at the minute if your phone is already on it. You can create a custom 3.1.3 ipsw to use, only if your phone is already jailbroken on 3.1.2 or earlier.

Tethering is using your phone as a modem for a computer. I'd say that they wouldn't notice, but don't hold me to it.

MiWi? It is a paid app in cydia. Some providers can see if you have been tethering your phone, but I presume that it is only if you are downloading loads or something.
