TBH - You need something more abrasive to remove that rust colour from yours - was it silver to begin with ? Makes sense getting a 5 litre, it last years, I have had this container for 5 years and it is still going strong ! I only use it on my Pug wheels, all my polishing is done on the GTi -...

Works on any colour I used it on my Silver 306. Don't rate it though, pain to use - better off with SRP.

Sod applying waxes by machine, much quicker by hand. I would not bother with Saphir, stick with Onyx or find some extra for BOS.

Can't really compare SRP to Lime Prime. SRP can be used as a stand alone product. Still expensive in small sizes Rusty - 5L trade prices FTW ;)

I never tried it on my daily drive, I just stick to Jeffs and #16 - it is silver so using expensive stuff is a waste of product!

Never heard of Gold Class stripping wax ? - as an off the shelf product it is a decent offering, I don't like the odd finish feel it gives. Lots of better washes out there though.

I have done it a few times on various cars, is a pain but saves spending out unnecessary money.

Just restick the old r/sport badges on with some new trim tape, apply some new tape on there backs and get handy with a scalpel.

Even acid free wheel cleaners will strip it too - soap and water is the only way IMO.

Some people use the clearcoat before sanding, would not use it after. You can get away with just the Black to be honest or you can mix the last few layers before sanding of the clearcoat and black. That was my method on the 182.

SRP will leave a a nice finish and hide some swirls , I would go for the Carlack Duo to do some correction.
