One shot from my camera uses more than 20mb! Memory is so cheap these days I doubt you will be able to sell them TBH. As vinvin points out, he just paid £15 for 16GB so I can't see anybody paying more than a couple of quid for 400MB in total.
My next upgrade will be to an i7 processor, hopefully in the not too distant future. Just upgraded the graphics card so that should keep me going for a while.

Thanks for the info. The prime would not be useful enough to me, i need the flexibility of the zoom. Is it fairly heavy to hold after a while or is it do-able?
I was also looking at the sigma alternatives but quite like having a big white pole on the end of my camera so will probably stick...
Sounds like an awesome assignment, congrats! If you are allowed to post some of your shots once in a while, please do!
How do you find the 100-400? I was looking at trading my 70-200 in for one as I really want more reach.
I am happy with how they come out. It varies from one place to another anyway so I couldn't be bothered to bang my head against the wall for too long over it.
My own printer is pretty s**t for photos anyway as it is over 5 years old. I can see that it might be beneficial if you had some...
I tried one as my two screen give such different colours. The software it came with said that it could handle two monitors but they still ended up looking different so I uninstalled it all and gave it back.
