Not got a clue how much longer I have left, still got lots of niggly bits to do, side skirts, rear bumper etc. Finding the time to do it is the issue.
#80 pissed me off as I found it has been filling some stuff rather than removing them, went back to Final Finish after I.P today. Ended up...
Hearing opinions in the paddock at Combe after on Monday most thought a few down changes and trying to keep it on the tarmac to slow it down would have been a better option.
Not really a direct comparison, 5 litres of AG Tar Remover from Autoglym is about the same price.
Can't really compare trade range product to a consumer range one.
Tardis does seem to shift the tar easier in one step, the AG may need a couple of applications.
I use it as a QD but tend to spray it onto a plush towel and then wipe on the paint and buff straight away with another plush towel.
By the time I have gone round the car, if I fancy doing multiple coats I just go round again.
I try and do it using as little water as possible in small sections.

Sold bud - took a deposit on Sat. First to view. Lad of here as well :)
GTi needs LOTs of work still, not sure how mint it will ever get as I don't mind scrubbing just a bit reluctant to throw money at it on parts and paint.
I have never had any tar that the AG won't shift. I removed 60k's worth of tar with it from the wheel arches on the GTi tonight. Needed a few applications on the trouble spots.
Lots of people use clay, try it on dark car and you will see why it is safer to dissolve it with a tar removal product.
As long as it is nice and thin and not left in the sun it seems to wipe of more easily the longer you leave it. Used to wipe it off the next morning when I used to use it on paintwork.
I use them on the daily drive 306 and for wheels and arches.
They are crap for the first few uses, but suck up water well after the second or third use.
For bodywork on car you car about get a drying towel.
