Feckin nice car Matty.
You only up Exeter way aren't ya? Liking the white Willy wheels.
Also, the Pug 205 with uber big red mudflaps, seen that around Torquay before.
The Energy lumps are bullet proof engines!
Can take some serious abuse and easy to maintain. These come in 1.2 and 1.4 varients. Also, as mentioned the F7 series are nice hard pulling engines with a nice engine note, but aren't as easy to work on as Energy lumps (being larger capacity and 16...
1598 cc 4 cyl 8v, MPi engine producing 90Bhp.
Origianly part of the Energy range of engines and first seen in the Megane in 1995.
Also has a 110Bhp 16v version 'K4M' as used in the Mk2 Clio RSi.
That is gorgeous ^^
In the same boat richyygti, going from a Valver to a 172 Cup.
For the money there really doesn't seem to be anything as new, quick and beautiful as a 172 Cup. Just gotta keep saving now for a goodun :)
Either owning my mates Mk2 Golf GTi after he'd spent a load of money having the engine rebuilt, head ported, cam, custom exhaust and manifold. Beat him off the lights, mid range and top end. He was livid!
Or getting the back end on the Clio out while cornering in the wet and correcting it...
Hi.
Ok, so I'm thinking of replacing the Valver soon with a new car.
I was very tempted by a 106 GTi as I think they look ace, but I was put off by the very basic interior and quite high prices.
I've seen quite a few 172's cropping up for around the £4k mark (my budget).
Is this the...
Will considering 1080p is the highest resolution HD to date then yes I'm sure there will be a slight difference between it and lower res HD.
Noticeable? Perhaps
Worth losing sleep over? No
I thought games were about gameplay, not graphics? :D
So true mate.
I either get quoted a high price or they just refuse or say they can't do it for ages.
I understand they're tw*ts to work on...but still, didn't think they were THAT abd :p
Old ftw.
So much more character and non of this nancy boy Air Con or ABS or heated seats or make up bag holder.
Mk1's are so much more manly and raw.
Mk2 and onwards are for stuck up faggots.
Ooops, didn't realise this was Cliosport.....
:D:D
N#ah I find the water temp too tempramental and unreliable.
Oil pressure follows a trend. First 15 minutes of driving and I find water temp is a bit hit or miss then will eventualy settle.
Normaly under 3k foe the whole journey tbh lol.
I don't bother timing it. Usualy go by the oil pressure as this is relative to oil temp(to a degree)...not water temp or any crap like that.
But yes, that is usualy within about 10-15minutes.
Deffo find it drives along the dual carriageway...
