Sorry to hi-jack, but i have a similar problem with my key that, when i remotely unlock my car, 2002 ph2, and try to start, the immobilizer wont let me until i lock and unlock the car again with the blip. It only happens occasionally. any ideas as to why this is happening?

i have vista home premium on my Dell 6400 laptop. it has 2gb ram, 120gb hardisk and a 2.7 centrino duo processor. it runs all vista features very smoothly, such as Aero etc.... and gives me 8 hours battery life but it wasnt cheap though, as you choose your own spec with dell.
