The raised plastic the kinect sits over should click into the bottom of the kinect. It's the wrong size so doesnt click in so your sensor is effectively just sitting on it rather than secured to it.

The ORB is the same one as the Game one, just different packaging. It doesn't fit properly, so don't get that one.

I walked into game and bought one last week, if you follow this stock tracking website and are committed you'll get one next week imo.

Just picked up a day one edition and waiting for forza to install. The voice recognition is excellent, used it to redeem my achievement and it worked flawlessly.
