Does anyone else have this problem? Every weekday at 7pm on the dot, my download speeds will not exceed 60 kb/s, any time before this and there is no problem. I was just wondering before I call them after 3 weeks of ignored emails. Cheers. Dave.

I just love how people move straight back into the slower lanes 'immediately' after overtaking, and how they keep their indicator on if they are staying in the fast lane for a while.
