You have can have the setup I pictured, but put a breather filter in the back of the inlet. That's what I'll be doing as I did that on my old BG.
It's not bad for a 12 year old car. Few small bodywork bits but it really is minimal. This car looks like its on half the mileage tbh.
There's a...
I agree mate. This one just looks untidy and the filter is too chavvy. My old ITG one was quieter but sounded more like ITB's. Hoping the Pipercross one will be a similar sound.
Ph1 airbox is a pain to remove without scratching it all. It's OK, but this style of setup is better imo.
It really is mate. I miss the creaks and rattles! But there's a lot of smiles per miles :)
Looked at it today when I got home and I think your right.
Need to fit this at some point:
Might have a go at it tomorrow as i may have some free time. My stickers came today from @LeeRS Top service there considering i only ordered them yesterday. The quality is great too  I planned on fitting the poppy on one side and the elf on the opposite...
I have a ally bend and ram air filter on mine that I will be removing soon as I've ordered 90° someone bends and have a pipercross filter, the same as @Ills
Has anybody had the pipercross c0171 filter and a ITG one for comparison?
Not PMS dude, it's a Ash-B shifter which is a bit more refined. I believe the throw is shorter too.
I think I'm more against the wind deflectors but my GF likes them. She'll be driving it a lot too. She's only used to a 1.2 so it'll be a good car to have fun in, which was one of the reasons we...
I've also started a project thread if anybody wants to take a gander. Will keep it updated with everything, like I normally do.

Thanks for all the positive feedback guys :)
There's place next to the local dump that I go to. I normally go after 5 as no-one is around after then.
Cheers Tom. Bold statement there buddy, but you could be right ;) It's a great base car.
Holy smokes, you mileage muncher!
Thank you for the kind comments guys
Spacer are planned but not yet. I'm still unsure on whether to keep the trophy spoiler or swap for a cup one and whether to keep the wind deflectors or remove them. It will stay as it is for now.
Car also has mist washer jets and new aero blades...
Forgot to add @LeeRS has done me a few stickers. I toyed with idea of getting these for the ph1 but it never happened so im doing it on this.
As for the ARB, i don't drive it hard enough to warrant it. For me, its good money that i can get (and did) quickly as they sell well and can be put...
After having a Volvo for a while, i missed the little clio. I decided to do an advert for it which i posted on here. The volvo sale was going to fund another clio, so i put on the advert that i would P/X for a mondial 172 cup or a 182 with no real colour preference. (I thought i'd get a titanium...
Cheers Dan, mate :)
Haha! Whenever you used to post pics of yours i wanted one! I did toy with the idea of stripes, but i think i'll leave it like this.
You know that!
It's good to be back, as you know ;)
Yes buddy! Didnt really feel like going to things in the Volvo. Thought you was...
Thank you guys :)
It's got some trick bits on it which was done by the proud owner but as we all know, I'll be adding a Jekyll touch too it.
Craig, yes it was but all via PM as the car wasn't advertised. I'm going to do a project thread on it soon.
I came back into 182 ownership on Friday. Gave it a good clean as the weather was decent and took a quick few pics. Will get a project thread up soon.
Rep I believe buddy. Doesn't hit the roof either ;)
Have toyed with the idea of changing for a cup one. I do like this and it's different, but the cup one is a classic shape and suits them well.
