Why not just go for individual throttle bodies (£3.5k) cams and head work thats about 225hp plus great noise and powers not just top endy.

There kits to rebuilt the sunroof but nothings carenteed.
There a few different fixes but even a full rebuilt on mine (the last hope) still hasn't fixed it.
Map sensors can fail there on the intake plebham (the bit with Renault sport written on) on the drivers side of the big bit not the intake runner on the passenger side as thats the air temp one.
Not cheap to replace £60 or so I think. BenR or a breakers yard might be your best bet...

The distance between the center of the two bolts on the front shock is 60mm on a Cuped and 54 on none CUped car.
Nope if your doing a conversion its only a few more bolts the drivshafst would be off anywhay if your doing a conversion so the only differences are the stearing rack ends, wishbones and the ant rolll bar.

172 full fat with climate but its had its aircon removed well partially. Pumps condensor etc are all out not sure on the other bits I'd guess there still there.
Heating systems yep are the same on them all from memory.
Check the resister pack but being as your cars got the aircon removed I'm not sure what has happened the aircon might be having a right trouble with it. Also check the relay.

Buy the oil filter £7 from Renault same for the air filter £10 or so. Also same for sump washer £1.10 at present (prices go up and down a lot)
Oil I'd use decinet stuf can buy it cheap from oil man etc.

If you use a garage who don't have the right Renault tools your asking for a new engine. Go drive somwhere if you want it doing and don't trust local dealers.

Nope there no fan belt on Clios since there not like that people often refere to the AUX belt which power the alternator PAS coolent pump air con etc.
There the main belt which powers the coolent pump (on some modesl) and turns the cams and thats it.
All Clios use electric fans
