What about one of those FM transmitters?

I'd have imagined SBV would have changed least oen some garages have been known to chnage more than 1 on a single 172
Its just abuse which realy kills them.
Diesels don't use dump valves there not like petrols.
If you hear a diesel with one proves the owner just done it for noise.
A "dump valve" for a diesel does't work you attach a vlave to that and one to the throttle pedal so that when you lift off it lets some air out of the turbo pipe.
Easy to remove a few hours if you've got an engine crane nice small engine to work on realy.
If you want to take engine out (if you've the time and tools I would then might as well check clutch at the same time.
I woulnd't leve it more than other 20k then realy the cambelt.
There no optimum each to there own I'd run about -1.5 degress but no Rs Clio has ever gone beyond 1 deree from memory stock.
You cannot compaire coilovers with stock stuff as coilovers don't roll as much.
Best way to do it is to adjust it yourself and see what you think etc.
They can be removed.
I'm sure Matt said years agao it was a 1.4 shell (not that it matters there all the same)
Car was a crash repair so maybe doors had to be changed.
No feeback.
Less grip
Sidewalls are to stiff.
Wet weather there not that good
Little personaly confidence when there hot on track or on normal driving.
On 16's I tried them on a 182 and they seemed better but I didn't push the car.
Just general service stuff
Gearbox oil
Change coolent
Brake fluid
Suspension bushes
£80 for the kit then its a few hours to fit assuming your hasn't had a new cambelt get it done ASAP it will break if its not been changed.
Yep there bolts in it tto hold it in places top it sliding off as has happened to you get a bolt from B and Q etc and a big washer so as to spred the wload over the mount and your off.
Yep the belts age as well as life limites £1k or so bill at cheapest if it breaks
Yep £1k bill if you don't chnage ie and it sbreaks Renault engine arn't famous for not breaking. Unless your under warently I'd chnage it at 4 years and 60k or so.
5.1 hous labout then the kit is £135 or so...
They won't blow up its the fact the people abuse them and kill them which can happen with any gearbox. Tuning them will put more load and increase the risk though after all the 100 box isn't exactly a strong one to start with just better than the JC5.
You can blow the gearbox on a stock one...
Yep plus you get the wide track front suspension etc. But then people end up fixing the Williams.
If you can find a cheap damaged Williams etc then its a great idea.
You could make any number of racks fit I'd think the Mk1 might fit not sure though.
Cannot see wheels making a huge difference.
It should help feedback though but rose joining would also help.
There two rectanguralr plugs at the back pof the dashboard.
Remove the top of the dashboard then you'll see hoe to remove the closks there to thorx bolts at the bottom of it and it tils upwards revealing the clips.
Cost will add up a bit new cambelt plus clutch plus gasget plus pump might as well chnage at the same time. Its not that much though.
Id try get the suframe off easier that way if you can do it. But those bolts refuse to move so engine out top is the popular way.
They cna be different I'd...
